If you wish to request an analysis, please contact the lab staff, who will discuss details of the analysis with you, such as sample preparation, analytical method and other aspects.
Mass spectrometry (MS)
We can accept requests for metabolomic and proteomic analysis listed below using the Shimadzu LCMS-8050 and Sciex TripleTOF 6600. We also welcome inquiries about developing method for other compounds.

qPCR
We can accept requests for real-time PCR using SYBR Green with StepOne Plus. High accurate sample preparation is possible by using the pipetting robot to avoid the artefact.
